We offer a minimum of 2 hours per clean. Depending on the size ie: up to 3 bed 3 hours min, 4 bed and over requires an additional 30 minutes per bedroom including ensuite. All areas are cleaned, not including ovens, inside the fridge or cupboards. Please see additional services. More details can be provided.

clean for Tenants wanting to get their deposit back.

This is also popular with Letting Agents, getting ready for the next Tenant.

Additional Services

Packing Service:

We do offer a packing service as it can be a daunting task. We can provide the boxes and packing material. We also offer drop offs to storage or a destination within a 25 mile radius of the address. Free no obligations quote.

Inside Fridge:

An additional time is allocated for cleaning the inside of the fridge.

This is arranged at the customers request.

Internal Window Cleaning

Glass partitions and glass inside internal doors are cleaned as part of a contract but not a deep clean. Cleaning external windows can be arranged at the customers request. Please contact us for more details.

Carpet cleaning & Upholstery Service:

We offer carpet cleaning including 

carpeted stairs. At additional cost. 

We also offer upholstery at additional

cost. This arranged at the customers 

request.

Inside Oven:

Additional time is allocated for cleaning inside the oven. This is arranged at the customers request.

One off Deep/Blitz Clean:

​

This is a intense deep clean provided for commercial buildings. This is a custom clean which is chargeable. Only if a contract is put in place, is the deep clean included for FREE, any equipment hired on behalf of the deep clean is also provided for FREE. Please contact us for more details.
